I ordered one size but received a different one. It might’ve just been a simple mix-up, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it was still disappointing since I couldn’t use it the way I planned.

"Not worth ordering online"
I ordered from Prada and my package showed up with an issue. I contacted support thinking it would be a quick fix, but it just turned into days of waiting around and getting the same copy-paste replies. Nobody really took ownership or gave me a clear answer. For the prices they charge, the after-purchase service is just really disappointing. I won’t be ordering online again.

I felt a little embarrassed when the package showed up because the packaging was completely smashed. It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting, and it made the whole thing feel kind of disappointing.

I had a smooth time shopping on Prada from my phone. The site was easy to browse, pages loaded quickly, and the filters actually worked well, which I’m sure other customers would appreciate too. "Pretty disappointing for Prada"
I’ve been buying Prada for years, so I expected a much better experience from prada. The support was really slow, nobody seemed to have a clear answer, and there was zero feeling of being valued as a longtime customer. And then suddenly I’m just sitting there thinking, wait, this is Prada? For the prices they charge, the whole thing felt cold, messy, and surprisingly careless. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from their online store again
"Return was easy"
I’ve dealt with returns from other places before that were a lot more of a hassle, so this was smooth. The return label worked without any problems, and I got my refund about a week later. No real issues on my end

I tried to pay and it just wouldn’t work. I kept thinking, okay, maybe I missed something or need to try again, but nope — still couldn’t get it to go through. Annoying, honestly.

"Nice, but Not Worth the Price"
Bottom line: I probably wouldn’t buy again at these prices. The stuff itself is nice and I did like the look/quality, but for what you actually get, the prices feel way too high. If it were a bit more reasonable, I’d be a lot happier with it.

I ordered from Prada and the delivery was kind of a mess. The estimated date kept changing, then the tracking just stopped updating for days, so I had no idea where my package even was. Customer service replied, but it was mostly generic stuff and didn’t really help much. For what you’re paying, I just expected better… I don’t think I’d order online again if I needed something by a certain date
"Prada just isn’t hitting for me lately"
I checked out prada recently, i don’t know what’s going on with the designs lately. Everything feels kind of weird and boring to me, like way too boxy and plain. For the prices they’re charging, I expected pieces that actually feel stylish or exciting, but nothing really stood out. It’s frustrating because it’s Prada, so you expect more.

"Still Feeling Uneasy About It"
I ordered from prada.com thinking I’d feel totally confident, but the bag left me feeling a little off. A few details didn’t sit right with me, especially the stitching and the code, which weren’t what I expected. Support told me it was authentic, and maybe it is, but for the price, I was hoping to feel excited instead of doubtful.

"Longer wait than I expected"
It ended up taking longer than I thought it would, which was a bit frustrating. I really don’t like feeling like I’m losing time waiting around, especially when I was expecting things to be quicker. It did get sorted in the end, but the delay definitely took away from the overall experience

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. Every time I contact support, I feel like I just get the same generic response without any real update. Maybe I expected too much because it’s Prada, but for a brand at this level, I really thought the process would be smoother. This experience has put me off ordering from prada.com again.

"I had a little issue with…"
I had a little issue with my order status and reached out to support. To their credit, they got back to me quicker than I expected and were friendly about it. I did have to ask twice before it was fully sorted, which was a bit annoying, but they did end up fixing the problem. Overall, not perfect, but I was happy with the service in the end.

"Beautiful bag, but the price is ridiculous"
I bought a bag from Prada.com the quality feels really good. The leather is nice, the stitching is super clean, and it definitely feels like a solid product. I’m giving it 4 stars because the price is kind of ridiculous, but the bag itself is great.

"Pretty easy shoe exchange"
I had to exchange pair of shoes for different size, and it was way easier than I thought it would be. Return label was simple to get, and I got updates quick along the way. The new size showed up in good condition and didn’t take too long either. I also had question for customer service, and they answered fast. Overall, I’m really happy with how smooth whole thing went.

"Extremely disappointing experience with Prada customer service and product care."
I sent in a jacket for minor restoration, and it came back several sizes smaller, with bent zippers, damaged pockets, and torn fabric. A similar issue happened earlier with a Prada bag – returned with a completely different handle than the original.
Throughout the process, I spoke with multiple representatives, none of whom could help. Everyone just redirected me to the same email address, which rarely replies – and when it does, it’s anonymous. Not once did I receive an apology.
Honestly, I’ve had better service from brands whose products cost a fraction of Prada’s. It feels like no one takes responsibility, and customer care is simply not a priority.
I did receive a full refund, but resolving the jacket issue took nearly a year through the Italian consumer dispute office.
