"I purchased a pair of Prada gloves in size 7 to replace my old ones."
I purchased a pair of size 7 Prada gloves to replace my wife's old pair of size 7 gloves. However, when she opened her present, they did not fit. I contacted Prada to request a replacement in a larger size, but unfortunately, it was already past the 14-day return period, so they refused to assist me. Technically, this is in line with their terms and conditions, but in my opinion, it is quite disappointing and should be noted by anyone considering doing business with this company. Needless to say, I will not be making any future purchases from them. My advice to others is to avoid Prada, as their customer service is notoriously poor, as evidenced by numerous unhappy customers on Trustpilot. Behind all their marketing efforts, it seems that Prada is more interested in taking your money than being reasonable or considerate.

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience."
I recently ordered a pair of Prada pr19ws model sunglasses from a renowned online Italian retail company, and unfortunately, I received a defective product. These sunglasses fit on my face as if they had fallen from a fifth-floor window. I must say, I was extremely disappointed with Prada's quality control. If I had paid only £50 for these sunglasses, I might have expected a cheap product, but spending over £300 and not even receiving something that has passed proper quality control before reaching the customers is simply unacceptable.

"Continue to wear those damn shoes."
This review is absolutely terrible! I would strongly advise against choosing this brand. Even Famous Footwear is better than them. We had a terrible experience with our $1300 shoes. Not only did they not do anything to help us, but they also told us to keep wearing the shoes that caused our feet to bleed and ruined our socks. Can you believe it? They even sent us an email saying that they couldn't care less and didn't offer any kind of compensation. It's unbelievable! I would highly recommend staying away from the Scottsdale AZ location unless you want them to tell you that their shoes will make you bleed for at least 10 wears. It's ridiculous! When you spend that much money, you expect excellent service, not something you would find at Walmart.

However, it seems that the boutique has already confirmed that they cannot facilitate a return, exchange, or refund for this item. Unfortunately, I understand that you are unable to override their decision at Prada Client Services. It is disheartening to hear this, especially considering the amount of money I spent on these shoes.

Once again, I express my sympathies for the situation my daughter and I are facing. Although I wish you could help us with this request, I understand that you are unable to overturn the boutique's decision.

Prada has recently made a change in their authentication process by replacing certificates with RFID chips through Aura. However, unfortunately, customers are unable to utilize this technology as Prada has decided not to adopt it for customer use. Consequently, the only proof of authenticity I have is the receipt, which can only be linked to the physical bag based on its color and material. This situation raises concerns, as it means that I could potentially purchase a counterfeit Prada bag and sell it to someone who is unable to visit a Prada store, leaving them with no means to verify its authenticity. Ironically, Prada claims that this change was implemented to combat the prevalence of counterfeit products. In contrast, my Breitling watch also incorporates similar technology, allowing me to establish ownership and possess a "Breitling NFT" as a digital certificate, which I can sell alongside the watch. Prada has the capability to implement a similar system but has chosen not to do so. This decision is disappointing, to say the least.

My wife purchased an expensive Prada eau de toilette from the duty-free shop. Unfortunately, it recently stopped spraying and the aerator is faulty. I reached out to Prada, who initially redirected me to L'Oreal. They informed me that I should contact the retailer where I made the purchase, acknowledging that it might be challenging. No surprises there. I then requested a replacement for the faulty aerator so that I could attempt to fix it myself. Once again, they evaded the issue and suggested that I contact World Duty Free and their customer service. I have concluded that Prada lacks any form of customer service and simply brushes off their customers. Absolutely disappointing.

"I wish I had read the reviews before buying."
I really wish I had read the reviews before buying. I decided to splurge on a pricey white tee from Prada, thinking it would be worth it. However, I am extremely let down by my recent experience with the brand. The shirt had two minuscule flaws in the fabric. When I contacted customer service and provided them with two pictures of the small holes, they responded by suggesting that the damage occurred after the item arrived. This response was incredibly embarrassing! Their approach and attitude were absolutely appalling. There are plenty of luxury and high-quality brands out there to choose from, and Prada is definitely not one of them.
